Miatas at Mazda Raceway
Photo by Got Blue Milk, our official event photographer

Come join us at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca on April 10-11 for one of the biggest and fastest Miata events of the year! We'll have hundreds of Miatas on one of the world's most famous racetracks. Even if you're not planning to hit the track, there's something for you to do.

We have the option of in-car video now.

Registration is open. You can already book rooms at the hotel under our event rate. You can find out who's coming or check the run groups. You can also see who some of our special guests will be - and the list is growing. We've also published the menu for our banquet.

Everyone who registers as a driver or participant will also be entered into our drawing for the grand prize of a full Öhlins suspension system including installation and setup. This is worth approximately $4000.

The groups are filling up quickly, don't delay!

Tom Matano has a message for anyone who's coming to the event.

A clarification from previous information: visitors (ie, people who have not signed up as drivers or participants) are allowed on the track as passengers during the parade laps. More information on registration types.

The 2010 event will be similar to last year, but turned up to 11! Here's what we have in store:

  • two days of Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca track time for anyone from novice to expert - with a 103 db sound limit.
  • a giveaway of a full Öhlins suspension, including installation and setup!
  • a banquet with Derek Jenkins, head of design for Mazda North America as our guest speaker
  • vendor alley with many of your favorite Miata speed merchants
  • Miata car show
  • pre-event BBQ at the host hotel on Friday night
  • a big group photo
  • parade laps

Unfortunately, the planned Miata Trophy race will not be taking place. This allows a full day of track time for Group A instead.
